Social media isn’t just for building a fan base or enabling ambassadorial outreach; we’ve known for a long time it’s a significant funnel of search. Users are searching for very specific products, reviews, and recommendations directly within platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, shifting the way brands approach their engagement.
