Heather Horton injects her considerable experience into every client project we take on. Her strategic work dominates clients turning over £150m annually. One of our team was the first consultant in the UK to offer social media at a time when the entire science was emerging. Together, we've been doing this a very long time and we know all the tricks of the trade as well as how to work in the slick, pixel perfect arena of our brands.

In 2023, Ecrubox created an entirely bespoke onboarding process called eBob. This work of science and psychology solves the first pain-point between agency and client. How does an inbound team fully grasp, understand and challenge the status quo of a brand within a reasonable timeframe and with actionable outcomers? eBob consists of a VIP portal through which our new clients are challenged to position their brand according to a series of socio-demographic frameworks whilst comparing this opinion with "how the brand comes across" to the outside world. It's rare for any accelerating ecommerce entity to truly understand itself as it moves through the first years of growth and eBob helps us to calculate and pinpoint "who you are" with mathematics rather than just dialogue.

The system has already been shortlisted for multiple awards including marketing business innovation accolades. Put simply, eBob lets us move beyond basic workshops into direct comparisons of audiences, personas, team personalities, wants, needs and desires. It's the basis for a business plan, moving forward, only part of which is digital marketing.
