The accelerator programme is designed to fulfil the needs we as natural entrepreneurs wish we had available "back in the day" sitting in-between large scale investment and first launch. A combination of strategic direction, product alignment and of course development & marketing, this programme consists of 5 steps to commercial milestones for ambitious brands. The 6th one being your ongoing investment and growth. Many of our brands have gone on to £multimillion retail success, direct to consumer, through the guidance and technology we have provided them with.
Pre-agreed, monthly retainers provide access to the highly trained and experienced personnel you will need during each step. The first step is absolutely unique to Ecrubox, a mirror session where the client and agency lay bear their values and ambitions. This is a critical meeting in which both sides will agree to go forward or pause. We only work with those products we have touched, bought and know have a market that we can exploit.
The second step involves a VERY deep dive into the audience persona and commercial opportunities. This is conducted using workshops and a technology we invented called "eBob" (Ecrubox Onboarding). This phase is conducted by our Head Strategist and will reveal nuances, change and definition in actionable, accurate outcomes. It's delivered in a document, typically in excess of 50 bespoke pages.
Beyond the Soul of the Brand, the strategy is set, development takes place and marketing deploys. Our team are in constant "start-up-mode", evaluating every campaign and every touchpoint, as we progress towards your expansion. Client should expect to have the funds available for direct spend on marketing (Meta, Google etc) and we do not charge a percentage. With a career spanning three decades, Alex Sass brings world class dot com strategy to our mix. He's raised £millions for his own ventures and was one of the first pioneers in online social network theory. Having worked with the very big names (Converse, Adidas, BMW Mini, UK Government, Government of Greenland, Government of Serbia, Lastminute.com, Economist, the list goes on...) he was invited to invent his own path at Ecrubox three years ago. Fresh from conducting the world's largest ever study into human happiness, via IBM and Facebook, he now shapes all client commercial strategy and drives our start-up consulting business. When not in his lab, Alex provides teaching to us all through our internal academy and assists with our agency strategy, directly with the founder. A natural innovator, Alex is a big part of our USP when it comes to creating magic.
