Our Approach

Our work with PRESS began with a deep and deliberate onboarding phase, designed to understand the brand, widen founder directives, its mission, and map the behaviour of its customers. This foundation enabled us to produce clear audience insight, mapping both existing customers and potential wider opportunity segments through The Soul of the Brand process invented by Ecrubox and driven by our head of innovation/strategy.

We then delivered strategic digital direction that explored how the brand could communicate its values more effectively using the website and marketing and introduced a full funnel approach for social and search. Creative testing and performance structure were designed to work together, offering PRESS a clear and confident route into a more realistic, measurable marketing model. Alongside this, we shaped content themes, messaging patterns and visual direction to support both paid and organic channels.

The Challenge

The wellness market is fast-moving and highly competitive, with brands needing both a strong point of view and a clear performance strategy. PRESS needed insight into its audience, sharper brand clarity and a structure that could support decision-making across creative, paid media and messaging.
