Our Approach
Our work began with a deep exploration of consumer behaviour across essential services and ethical brands. Using psychometric and behavioural modelling led by our Head of Innovation and Strategy, we analysed the motivations behind customer decisions in energy, connectivity and responsible travel. This helped each business unit understand how sustainability, trust and value shaped modern choice making.
We handled social media entirely for several divisions, including the planning, messaging, content approach and day-to-day management. Performance marketing work extended across multiple teams, where we introduced structured planning, disciplined creative testing and predictable forecasting.
In Travel and Holiday, we shaped early concepts, refined values-based narratives and supported campaigns that fitted the character and heritage of a member-owned organisation. Across the service-based divisions, we strengthened UX, recommended improvements to conversion journeys and delivered technical fixes that supported a more stable and trustworthy digital environment.
Analytical work brought clarity to leadership teams through dashboards, attribution thinking and detailed reporting tailored to each unit’s requirements.
