The project aligned with our shared interest in the property itself and with the idea of shaping places that support community, culture and a sense of belonging. Our Approach

Ecrubox provided early strategic direction and helped establish a digital presence that reflected the warmth and quiet sophistication of the space. With a very low budget, our focus was to create a clear narrative and practical digital structure while enabling the team to carry the creative forward themselves. We delivered hands-on training and collaborative workshops so the in-house team could confidently create content, understand tone and maintain the brand’s presence across channels.

The Challenge

Independent venues often struggle to translate atmosphere into an online identity, especially with limited resources. The challenge here was to express the personality of the cafe in a simple, effective digital format while equipping the team to manage and evolve their own creative output.
